An artist has a nervous breakdown when her boyfriend leaves her finally. Admitted to a clinic she slowly recovers and panicks when she learns that her insurance won't pay for a stay any longer. Another inmate suggests that she invents another persona to be able to stay on where she feels safe. She decided on a well-known baseball player who's autobiography she had found in the hospital's library. This new found identity allows her to start working as a painter again. She is painting chickens in all variations. Her gallerist is organising a very successful exibition and pushing her again to produce more works. She drifts more and more into her chosen identity and finds finally a way back onto her own feet.
Very strong performance from the whole cast lead by Anderson who proved herself as leading lady.

A very well tuned play about scandal, politics, censorship and human opportunism.

Student John, son of the president elect, dressed as a hoax as Prophet Mohammed, and was caught on camera. Due to a former psychological crisis his father has agreed not to interfere with his son's independence but feels the need to remind his son of his new position as the president to be' s son and that this "joke" bears a political desaster. Fantastic play about growing up under social constraints. The strive to be independent and only responsible for oneself proved impossible in reality.
